Fly Fishing for Salmon, Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout and Char in British Columbia is world class. We offer fully guided trip for the beginner to expert fly fisher. We also offer steelhead fly fishing and trout and char fly fishing on prestine back country rivers. During the months of October and November, flyfishing for Salmon is at its best. We catch Salmon from 5 to 25 lbs consistently on the fly. We fish for Cutthroat trout year round with peak fishing in the spring (April to June) and again in the fall and winter (Oct to Jan).

STS Guiding Service prides ourselves on our personal and friendly service, our ability to catch fish on 95% of our guided charters. We are fishing the area 12 months of the year. For us fishing is a year round commitment, not just a summer job.

Sturgeon fishing is quickly growing in the world of sport fishing, these prehistoric monsters will test the anglers skills and strength. Sturgeon can grow up to 14 feet and weigh as much as 1200 lbs. The Fraser Valley offers some of the worlds best fishing on the Fraser River and some tributaries rivers. We offer many fishing vacations and offer full and 1/2 day salmon as well as full and 1/2 day sturgeon trips.

How would you like to fish a pristine river canyon for salmon and steelhead that is seldom fished by any other angler. We combine whitewater rafting with quality angling opportunities in a safe and professional atmosphere. We offer several rivers with various levels of whitewater ranging from easy to wild and wet.

STS Guiding Service offers fishing tours ranging from one day to two weeks with or without accommodations. Please take a few moments to browse through our various accommodation packages. Although STS Guiding Service specializes in angling adventures we also offer golfing, hiking and horseback adventures for those who are looking for a family orientated vacation.

STS Guiding Service begins the salmon season fishing for early summer run King Salmon Chinook. (Please see the species page for details) The second species to enter the river is the Sockeye Salmon, this is one of the most prolific runs of all, with up to 20 Million salmon returning. Pink salmon are the 3rd species to enter (odd years only, next run summer 2005). Pink salmon number of the millions, our last run in 2003 had over 28 million salmon return.* Book early for the 2005 season*. Next to enter the river is our Fall run of Kings ( largest run of Chinook) this fishery is mostly catch and release but many fish over 40 lbs are available. Once the Sockeye, Pinks and Kings are in the river the Coho (Silvers) and Chum salmon begin to arrive. October and November is probably 2 of the best months to fly and spoon fish for salmon. All of our rivers are full of salmon and Coho and Chum love to chase fly's, spinners and spoons.
