Birch Lake Lodge, a fly-in only lodge, is situated on the north end of Birch Lake, 72 air-miles northeast of Red Lake, Ontario. As you fly in to Birch Lake, the view that unfolds beneath you will take your breath away. A vast rugged, beautiful area of clear-water lakes and thousands of miles of timberland.

Meen Lake is located 110 miles northeast of Red Lake. The lake is about 5 miles by 6 miles in size. It has an abundance of walleye and a good population of northern pike. There are several smaller lakes within portage distance, which also have walleye in them. Our cabin is the only camp on the lake.

Situated on Fishtail Point is a magnificent modern lodge with a native stone fireplace, dining and lounge area, surrounded by comfortable cabins, created for your enjoyment and comfort.

Birch Lake is 35 miles long with lots of islands and rivers which affords excellent walleye, northern, and lake trout fishing. With its many islands and bays, Birch Lake offers you a sheltered fishing day no matter what the weather. At Birch Lake Lodge we use 20 hp motors with 16' boats to get you to the fishing spots fast so little time is wasted in water travel. The fishing is excellent any time of the season. Artificial lures such as jigs, spoons, and plugs are all that are necessary to catch your limit.
