Bare Tracks Trophies has leased hunting rights on a ranch in Niobrara County, where the landowners philosophy is similar to our own. By taking only a limited amount of animals each year (up to 10), we have a created a herd of quality animals. Because of business constraints they cannot budget enough time to book, hunt, and guide hunters. Therefore, Bare Tracks Trophies offered to take over the hunting season and continue their hunting philosophy. This is open/prarie country with sagebrush and juniper in the draws.

The 10,000 acre ranch offers several excellent opportunities for stalking, several excellent vantage points for spotting / stalking and several excellent locations on daily migration routes. We will be aggressive in walking, stalking, and scoping for the best animals available for our hunters. We will have limited 4X4 travel to preseerve the soil and forage while limiting the pressure on the herd.

Private land hunts with limited numbers of hunters (we strive for quality rather than quantity).

About Us - For over 15 years, Ila and Major Miller have offered quality hunts on their Wyoming ranch. A rustic log bunkhouse with sauna, hot water, heat, and comfortable bunks provide guests with a place to relax after an exciting day of hunting. Couple that with great home-cooked meals, generous hospitality, fresh air and Nature's panorama of our beautiful countryside and it's easy to see why our clients rate us as their favorite hunting experience!

Services - Bare Tracks Trophies Whitetail Deer hunts are conducted on our property with limited numbers of archers and rifle hunters and the Mule Deer/Antelope combination hunts are conducted on two 10,000 acre ranches. We also offer Merriam Turkey hunts that are conducted on our 5,600 acre ranch as well as on neighboring properties. By keeping the number of yearly clients small, our guides can provide a quality spot or stalk hunt for quality animals. And Bare Tracks Trophies offers hunts for varmints; coyotes, prairie dog and antler.

Bare Tracks Trophies offer additional archery hunts in September and limit our rifle hunters to (10) during November. We will take a total of 20 archers for 6 day hunts with no more than 6 in camp at one time. If we are satisfied with limiting our rifle hunters, we may readjust the timing and cost to reflect better opportunities and harvest potential.

Bare Tracks Trophies purchased some property in 1995 which now gives us 5 miles of National Boundry border. This property now has an additional 1 1/2 miles of prime oak creek bottom which always produces good quality animals, and affords the archery hunter some excellent opportunities for a large animal.

Bare Tracks Trophies still have an opportunity for either a good quality whitetail or an occasional mule deer on our property.

Antelope - Offered as demand and supply correspond. We hunt antelope on private land where we pay a trespass fee. Bare Tracks Trophies success rate is very high.
